UMWALIMU SACCO hereby invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for the Rehabilitation & renovation of the parking area at Umwalimu SACCO Head Office divided into two lots:
Lot I: Supply of the concrete paves to be used in rehabilitation & renovation of the parking area
Lot II: Demolition of existing concrete paves & construction of new ones for the parking area
Tender Document in English may be obtained on any working day from UMWALIMU SACCO Head office KIMIRONKO – GASABO – KIGALI; Street No: KG 205ST with effect from 29/03/2021 upon presentation of a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (Frw 10,000) on account No 010-5008448- 01- 86 of UMWALIMU SACCO opened in I &M Bank.

Well printed bids, properly bound, presented in three copies, one as the “ORIGINAL” and other two marked as “COPY” with a mention of the outer envelope “Rehabilitation & renovation of parking area at Umwalimu SACCO Head Office (Lot I or Lot II)” addressed to the Director General of Umwalimu SACCO, P.O BOX 2257 KIGALI, Street nº KG 205ST and telephone: (+250)781469546, must be submitted at UMWALIMU SACCO Secretariat office in a sealed envelope not later than 19/04/2021 at 10:00 am Local time. Bids will be opened in the presence of all bidders or their representatives who will choose to attend, on the same date in Umwalimu SACCO’s Conference room at 10:30am Local time. The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender title. Late bids shall be rejected.
The compulsory site visit shall take place on 12/04/2021 at 10:00 am local time at Umwalimu SACCO Head Office (parking area)
