RE: REQUEST OF PROFORMA INVOICES FOR LAPTOPS
Dear Sir/Madam,
CCOAIB in partnership with Oxfam and Duterimbere ONG have secured funds from the European Union to implement a project called Rwandan CSOs engage in Climate Resilient agriculture and sustainable energy initiatives (CRA project). In the framework of acquiring IT equipment for the project’s implementation, CCOAIB is requesting proforma invoice of laptop with accessories from legally registered traders by RDB with clearance certificate of RRA and using EBM.
The technical specifications of the laptop are:
- Intel core processor i5 and above;
- 8th generation, 2.4 GHZ and above;
- 500 GB SSD drive and above;
- 8 GB memory;
- 14’’ screen display and above;
- HD webcam
- Genuine windows 10 Professional.
Number of laptops: 4
Deadline: The proforma invoices shall be submitted to CCOAIB, not later than 21st January 2021, at 3:00 pm
Submission procedure: The proforma invoices should be submitted in scaled envelopes with the following address:
