| The NATIONAL REHABILITATION SERVICE hereinafter called client funded by the Ordinary Budget towards the cost of Supply and delivery of Laboratory and other Medical equipment to NRS rehabilitation centers.LOT1: NYAMAGABE REHABILITATION CENTER. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
All bids shall be submitted online using the E-Procurement system before 02122020 at 14:00 am local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 14:30 am, local time. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned. All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the E-procurement system not later than fourteen (14) days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 on Public Procurement as modified and completed to date.
