Supply for Cleaning Materials at SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda: (Deadline 18 March 2021)
TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda is a child focused organization and an affiliate of the SOS Children Villages International. It is non-governmental, non-political, non-denominational, and non-racial. Its overall mission is to build families for children in need, help them shape their own futures, and share in the development of their communities.
SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda is seeking bidders to supply the following items for schools implementing Oral Health Project.
Lots I:Cleaning materials
- 80 brand new jerry cans of 20l each
- 1918 handle less plastic cups
- 118 fifteen liters buckets
- 670 nail cutters
- 91 pairs of small size heavy duty cleaning gloves
- 59 soap dishes
- 54 toilet brushes
- 83 cartons of santé bathing bar soap
Potential bidders should meet the following criteria:
- Being a national company registered in Value Added Tax;
- Having a Rwanda Development Board registration certificate;
- Having a Tax clearance certificate;
- Having a physical address;
- Having at least 3 certificates of good completion for the similar delivery
Note: The above-mentioned items will be delivered to Nyamagaba-Gasaka sector, Gicumbi-Kageyo sector, and Gasabo-Ndera sector
Well written bids, transport included when required, to be submitted electronically to the following e-mail addresses:sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org no later than 18 March, 2021 at 2:00pm, local hours. Each lots is unique and it should be specified in the subject.
Please note that application and relevant documents submitted in hard copy will be rejected as well as mixed lots.
