| Integrated Polytechnic Regional College Kitabi (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has received funds from the Government of Rwanda (GoR), budget 2020-2021 towards the cost of the following tender: Supply of Heavy Duty Wood Machines for Workshop, The Integrated Polytechnic Regional College Kitabi (IPRC Kitabi) invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the above mentioned tenders as indicated in detail in the statement of requirements.
Tender documents in English may be obtained from www.umucyo.gov.rw free of charge. All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system as mentioned above before 31/03/2021 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 10:30am, local time. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned. All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the E-Procurement system before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N°62/2018 of 25/08/2018 governing public procurement. Done at Kitabi, on 12th February, 2021
