The Transcorp Ignite 2026 Young Engineer Development Programme for young Nigerian graduates.
Applications are now open for the 2026 Transcorp Ignite Young Engineer Development Programme. Transcorp has launched the Young Engineer Development Programme tagged “Transcorp Ignite 2026,” to attract talented graduate engineers passionate about building a career in the power sector. The program will run from January to December 2026 in two phases: an initial three-week learning session followed by a rotational placement across Transcorp’s power plants, including real-life experiences, work exposure and other learning interventions. Successful participants will be considered for permanent roles within the Transcorp Group.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any relevant Engineering field
- 0 – 1 related work experience
