TITLE: ACQUISITION OF HOTEL SERVICES REQUIRED BY EUCL IN KIGALI UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT.

PROCUREMENT METHOD: NATIONAL OPEN COMPITIVE BIDDING (NCB).

The Energy Utility Corporation Limited invites eligible bidders specialised in the field to submit their best offer for tender related to Acquisition of Hotels Services required by EUCL in Kigali under framework Contract. This tender is made of three (3) lots. Lot 1: Three Star hotels, Lot: 2 Two Star hotels, Lot 3 Outside Catering Services.
- Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field., bidding will be conducted through the National Open Competitive Bidding (NCB) method as specified in the REG Procurement User Manual as updated.
- The Bidding Document may be obtained by interested bidders for any working days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at REG-EUCL Headquarters, 1stFloor, Room N° G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, P.O Box 5634 Kigali, Email: [email protected]; upon presentation of proof of payment of a non – refundable amount of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw). This payment shall be made to Account 2001161020000121/RWF opened at NCBA Bank, Rwanda.
- All bidders shall provide Declaration of Commitment.
- Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned below not later than 30/04 /2025 at 10:00 am. Late and Electronic bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

5. Bids will be opened in a public session and in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in the conference room at REG Headquarter Offices at 10:30 am local time on the same day.
6. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids.
7. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
8. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the REG Procurement procedures manual.
