TITLE OF TENDER: SUPPLY OF OPTICAL FIBER CABLE AND ACCESSORIES (FIBER CABLES, TOOLS, AND ACCESSORIES)

The Energy Utility Corporation Limited (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by EUCL Budget towards the cost of Supply of Optical Fiber cable and accessories (fibber cables, tools, and accessories). The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
- The Energy Utility Corporation Limited invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the tender of Supply of fibre optic cables and accessories (fibber cables, tools, and accessories as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
- Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day starting on 03/10/2025 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at EUCL Headquarter, KN82 ST Nyarugenge District, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, E-mail: procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw, upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to Account N° 25044962001 opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda.
- All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 3,500,000Frw issued by a Bank or any other reputable financial institution recognized in Rwanda with validity of 150 days from the submission date.

5. printed bids, properly bound and presented in Two copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned above not later than 22/10/2025 at 10:00 a.m. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. Electronic bids shall not be considered.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at EUCL main board room on 22/10/2025 at 10:30 a.m local time.
7. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
8. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the REG Procurement procedures manual.
