TITLE OF THE TENDER: Supplying Medical Equipment for Dental Therapy Department

Kibogora Polytechnic invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for the following tender of Supplying Medical Equipment for Dental Therapy Department as detailed in the statement of Requirements.
The tender document shall be obtained from the Procurement Office of Kibogora Polytechnic.
For submission of their bids, all interested bidders are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand (10,000) Rwandan Francs to account number: ‘‘493326027410185’’ the accounts of Kibogora Polytechnic opened in BPR.
All bids will be submitted at Kibogora Polytechnic main conference hall on Wednesday October 01, 2025 Time: 15h00 pm. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened immediately after submission.
All interested bidders may request additional information in writing via the Kibogora Polytechnic official email: info@kp.ac.rw with a copy to procurement@kp.ac.rw , Before the deadline for submission of bids.
