TITLE: SUPPLY OF END OF YEAR GIFTS
INVITATION TO TENDER №66/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/07/07/2025
Bank of Kigali Plc would like to invite interested local bidders to submit their bids for the supply of various grouped in the following:
Lot 1: Executive Gift Set 600pcs
Lot 2: Classic Gift Set 2,000pcs
Lot 3: Gift Bags 5,000pcs
Lot 4: Corporate Umbrella 2,000pcs
Lot 5: Coffee mugs 500pcs
Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 15th/08/2025 at 3:30pm with subject line “SUPPLY OF END OF YEAR GIFTS.” and bids will be sent online on ERP link that will be shared. Guidelines for online bids submission will be sent separately to your company’s email.
Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs. Indicate catalogue/photos of proposed gifts, delivery and warranty period. All the bidders shall be required to submit branded samples on LOTs quoted for, immediately after submitting their proposals.
The following certificates are required:
-Company registration certificate from RDB
-Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (RRA)
-Valid Social Security Contribution Certificate (RSSB)
-Performance certificates to prove similar services done elsewhere.
