This scholarship will support a student studying an undergraduate or master’s degree in Architecture; Design Innovation; Computer Science; Artificial Intelligence; Data Science; Design Technology; Electric & Computer System Engineering; Software Engineering. The scholarship may also be awarded in conjunction with a Trimble Internship.

Requirements for Trimble Karahipi Hangarau / Technology Scholarship Qualification
- Applicants must be nearing completion of year two, three or four in Architecture, Design Innovation or Engineering within the subject areas of Architecture; Design Innovation; Computer Science; Artificial Intelligence; Data Science; Design Technology; Electric & Computer System Engineering; Software Engineering and accepted into their third, fourth or fifth year of study, required for accreditation at Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington.
- Applicants must be New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents.

The scholarship recipient will be selected based on:
- Academic performance
- Portfolio of submitted work
- Financial need may be considered
