UCLA Health Post Sophomore Junior Fellowships 2024: (Deadline Not Specified)
The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine offers a one-year post-sophomore/junior fellowship in pathology. After an orientation period, fellows are given patient care responsibilities similar to first-year residents with appropriate supervision. Fellows rotate on various anatomic and clinical pathology services including surgical pathology, transfusion medicine, hematopathology, clinical chemistry, and autopsy, amongst others, at the UCLA Medical Center. Depending on interest and feasibility, opportunities exist for clinical/translational research and clinical electives.

Requirements for Post Sophomore Junior Fellowships Qualification
Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. medical school and have completed at least two years prior to the fellowship.

- Curriculum vitae
- Personal statement
- 3-4 letters of recommendation
- USMLE Step 1 (if applicable)
- An additional letter of good academic standing from curricular Dean or equivalent
