TENDER NOTICE

FINANCIAL SAFETY COMPANY (FISA Co) Ltd, is a microfinance institution headquartered in RUBAVU and wants to recruit a qualified and competent agent for the position:

A (E)CASHIER

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a good welcome to customers;
• Disburse and collect the sums of money justified by an accounting document in good standing on the accounts of the customers;
• Maintain cash books; 
• Ensure the custody of the institution’s funds; 
• Provide daily to the Main Fund, the situation of cash available;
• Obtain supplies in a timely manner and justify the cash available from the Caisse Principale;
• Keep the filing of all Supporting documents;
• Make the daily closing of the cash register each working day;
• Comply with cash management security measures; 
• Participate in trainings and other meetings organized by FISA Co Ltd;

Respond to other useful interpellations at the request of his hierarchical superiors

Qualifications:

• Be of Rwandan nationality;
• Be at least 21 years old and 45 years old at most;
• Have a humanities degree (A2) in accounting, economics or other related fields;
• Having at least 2 years of experience in a financial institution would be an asset, 
• Computer skills (Microsoft Excel and MS Word), knowledge of accounting software is an asset;
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/or French. Proficiency in these last two languages ​​would be an asset;
• Be conscientious;
• Be of good character and family and social reputation.

Interested candidates are requested to submit their offer under sealed envelopes at the headquarters of FISA Co Ltd in RUBAVU (Headquarters) or at NYABUGOGO and KICUKIRO branches no later than June 30, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. The file will include:

• Handwritten job application letter addressed to the Managing Director of FISA Co Ltd
• Curriculum vitae
• Photocopy of diplomas and other certificates
• Photocopy of identity card.
• Two letters of recommendation duly signed
