Aim and Benefits of University of Glasgow Undergraduate Excellence Scholarships

  • This is awarded as a tuition fee discount of £7,000 per year of study.

Requirements for University of Glasgow Undergraduate Excellence Scholarships Qualification

The scholarship is awarded as a tuition fee discount of £7,000 per year of study and is subject to satisfactory progress for consecutive years of study.

To be eligible, applicants must

  • have International or EU (non-UK) fee status
  • hold an offer of a place for an undergraduate programme for 2024
  • demonstrate excellent academic achievement before starting University:
    • Qualifications already achieved:  students holding the following A Level/IB (or local equivalent) grades are guaranteed a scholarship offer;
    • Qualification not yet achieved:  students predicted, or who achieve, the following A Level/IB (or local equivalent) grades are guaranteed a scholarship offer.  For offers made on the basis of predicted grades, the scholarship may be withdrawn if final exam results do not meet the grades outlined below.
