The International Masters Regional Scholarship will be awarded as a fee waiver in the second semester.

Aim and Benefits of International Masters Regional Scholarships
£6,000 fee reduction scholarships are available for international students.
Requirements for International Masters Regional Scholarships Qualification
To be eligible for an International Masters Regional Scholarship you must:
- be classified as a national from one of the following:
- Egypt; France; Germany; India; Japan; Mexico; Peru; South Korea; Spain; Taiwan; Thailand; Turkey; United Arab Emirates; United States of America; Vietnam. (If you are domiciled in these regions but not a national, you will not be eligible for this scholarship.)
- be classified as an international fee-paying student
- hold a conditional or unconditional offer for a 2025 Masters degree (The Leeds MBA and 100% online courses are not eligible for this scholarship. If you are applying through an International Partner Agreement and are offered more than one Leeds scholarship, you can choose to accept whichever award represents the highest value.)
- be self-funding or partially funded
- be registered as a University of Leeds student on 30 January 2026
- have met all conditions of your Masters offer and have accepted your offer on the application portal. In addition, if applicable, you must have paid a tuition fee deposit of £2,000 by the date specified in your offer letter for your Masters course.
The scholarship can be combined with any available School or Faculty scholarship, or external funding as long as this does not exceed 100% of your tuition fees. Please however check the terms and conditions of any other scholarships that you have received to ensure that they can also be combined. The scholarship cannot be deferred to a future year of entry.
