SOURCE OF FUNDING: RSSB’s Ordinary Budget The Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this bidding document is issued. The Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the tender related to “Upgrade the Network configuration and hardware infrastructure, phase 1 at HQ” as indicated in the statement of requirements. Tender document in English may be obtained from the E – Procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidders must pay non – refundable fee of 10,000 Frw to the accounts of Rwanda Revenue opened at any commercial Bank. All bids will be submitted online using the E- Procurement system as mentioned above before the date and time indicated therein. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E – Procurement system on the same day at time indicated therein. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned. All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the E – Procurement System at least 21 days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security issued by a reputable bank or Insurance Company in accordance with the bid security form. The bid Security shall be Six Million Five hundred thousand Rwandan Francs (6, 500, 000 Frw) Bids will be opened by the E – Procurement system automatically…Refer to the system Pre – bid conference and site visit is scheduled to take place at RSSB Headquarters on March 11th 2021 at 9am. Pre – bid conference will follow immediately after site visit. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N◦ 62/2018 of 25/08/2018 governing public procurement
