strategic property marketing team.

This role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, quality control, and achievement of growth targets through the successful completion of departmental initiatives and management of daily customer and collaborator inquiries.

JOB DESCRIPTION Partners with department heads and marketing leaders to gather information to understand the priorities and needs of the US property management business and ensures the function is aligned with their priorities, as well as the Greystar enterprise strategy.

Establishes project goals, budgets, timelines, and measures of success for departmental projects and oversees on-time, and on-budget, delivery of solutions.

Serves as digital marketing point of contact for projects managed by other cross functional teams to ensure that the department’s requirements are communicated and incorporated into solutions.

Performs tactical support assisting customers through a variety of communication channels while using subject matter expertise and experience to personally resolve issues in a multi-systems environment prior to escalating to other work groups and teams.

Supports marketing team members in the US by providing counsel, on-going education and training, and recommending digital marketing solutions to business challenges.

Manages daily departmental operational tasks including working on process queues, monitoring customer inquiries, responding to help desk tickets, and completing accounting duties.

Engages relationships with external marketing vendors, consultants, and experts to support execution of digital marketing projects, and manages external resources against established standards for quality, timeliness, and service excellence.

Demonstrates a high-level customer centric approach that enhances the reputation of the department through development of trusted relationships and delivery of timely, quality work.

Prepares updates, reports, and re-forecasts to inform key business leaders of the function’s progress on achieving established goals and priorities.

Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with customer-facing ecommerce, content/experience management, or property management platforms/systems.

Experienced in leading and managing projects.

Can set priorities effectively and organize workload to achieve maximum outputs.

Solid understanding of project management processes including: requirements development and management, scope definition and management, communication management, budget management and reporting, resource management, risk identification and management, stakeholder engagement.

Experience authoring and maintaining essential project documentation including project management plans, scope baseline documents, SOWs, resource plans, issue and risk logs, and status reports.

Digital or creative agency experience is preferred.

A degree in marketing, advertising, communications or business is preferred.

Candidates should possess diplomacy and good judgment so they can leverage these skills to communicate persuasively through all levels of the organization.

Initiates change and is a self-starter.

Takes on and produces a high volume of work.

Can sustain a heavy workload over an extended period.

Extreme attention to detail, adaptability, excellent time management, and dedication to staying organized.

High proficiency using Excel and proficient using presentation, word processing, task management platforms, and database management software in order to develop and/or complete required reports.

Demonstrated proficiency in complex data analysis, reporting and data management.

Ability to work independently and remotely.
