Nationwide, Assists in the development and implementation of web and digital programs and strategies that support the Company’s new business development goals and the ongoing marketing success of the assets and leads the execution of the overall digital marketing efforts in line with the Company’s marketing philosophy.
JOB DESCRIPTION Provides input and assists in the design, development and testing of the overall website and digital strategy for corporate and property-level marketing efforts that support the Company’s business development plan and ensures a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties.
Interfaces with the Company’s IT group to ensure proper integration is established and stabilized between websites and transactional software platforms.
Works with internal customers related to specific organizational needs on a project-by-project basis and attends, consults, and contributes at meetings with both internal and external clients other parties.
Develops and distributes various program and project status and metric reports.
Manages the creation of marketing communication materials.
Assists with the development and execution of the Company’s Social Media and Reputation Management strategies and programs.
Leverages the Company’s Digital Asset Management System to integrate with numerous websites including 3rd party website providers, custom websites, internal Company and property website, and other projects as assigned or identified Utilizes department database to document individual work and team member work to improve collaboration and efficiency Supervises and manages web production team members by interviewing, hiring, training, developing, and managing the performance of an in-house team dedicated to executing website and various digital communication channels for the Company.
