Singapore, Singapore, OCBC is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Specialist for Frank.
In this role, you will implement and manage online marketing programs that will enable the business to meet consumer acquisition targets, sales, and overall goal achievement.
To be successful in this role, you need to be highly analytical, and digital-first mindset with a pulse on new technologies in the media buying space.
We are looking for someone who is highly data-driven and proficient in A/B testing, bidded media, and marketing program optimization.
Responsibilities Build strategies for optimization and measurement of consumer acquisition, cross-sell initiatives, and remarketing in order to deliver incremental sales, and enable consumer loyalty Manage media buying and media performance for marketing campaigns across different stages of the user-journey and channels) to drive the targets and KPI’s Leads efforts in the utilization of data-driven methodology, analyses, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all marketing channels (paid search, social, programmatic media, EDM’s) Collaborate with senior growth marketing leadership in order to define strategic objectives, marketing budgets, and success metrics.
Create tactical execution plans for each marketing channel for the purpose of achieving growth objectives.
Drive thought leadership and work hand-in-hand with the Media and CRM agency partners to deliver the best performance outcomes Analyse and report on key metrics that measure performance in programs and campaigns inclusive of traffic, revenue, conversions, and ROI Ability and passion to continuously and consistently evaluate potentially lucrative acquisition channels for possible scaling and future testing Qualifications Strong inter-personal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward under tight timelines At least 5-6 years’ experience in driving consumer acquisition across marketing channels such as PPC, Display, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Retargeting.
History in driving a business’s growth with innovative demand generation and prospecting campaigns, and working with Adwords and digital monitoring tools across platforms Experience – Media Agency / Client-side media background (Banking/ Start-up’s/ Technology/ Consumer Electronics/ Ecommerce/ etc) Led at least small teams of 2- 3 people *LI-JT
