About the Role Collaborate and execute market strategies for a specified geographic market.

This strategic plan will include focus on census growth in existing centers, de novo development, service line offerings, home program growth, and integrated care services.

Responsible for driving the strategic plan, and working with our physician, academic, joint venture and operations team to implement and execute on the various elements of the plan.

Partner closely with the Operations team to identify and call on nephrologists, hospital discharge planners and case managers for advancing outreach Collaborate closely with the entire business development team, office of strategic growth, finance, medical clinical, and most importantly the Operations team to ensure we are providing outreach and representing Satellite Healthcare, Inc.

in a professional and compliant manner.

Responsibilities, Knowledge and Skills Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers Develops and maintains successful relationships through effective and timely communication Polished presentations skills Professional and engaging demeanor Ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities with excellence Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive and changing environment Presence in the assigned geographic market 4 days a week is required Proficient in Windows applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Experience/Education 2 – 5 years business development or operations experience in healthcare required.

Bachelor degree or greater required.
