In the heart of Baku, the “Center for Strategy and Cultural Diplomacy” is inviting youth from all corners of the world to join the Young Public Diplomacy Summit 2024 in Baku. It is a 3-day event from 1st March to 3rd March 2024. The summit will bring great minds and leaders throughout the globe who will talk about diplomacy, peacebuilding, strategic communication, youth engagement, and collaborative partnerships.
There are three types of categories of this event in terms of sponsorships. Fully funded, partially funded, and self-funded. 5 fully funded seats are available and 15 are partially funded. Applicants from any background/discipline can apply—no IELTS requirements. Welcome to the Young Public Diplomacy Summit in the heart of Baku. More details are given below.

What is Covered under a Fully Funded Category?
Delegates of a fully funded category will be given:
- The round-trip airfare to the best delegate.
- Merchandise
- A Certificate of Participation

- Accommodation, and any additional benefits specified for the funded slots.
What is Covered for a Partially Funded Category?
Delegates of a spatially funded category will be given:
- Fee waiver up to 50%
- Merchandise
- A Certificate of Participation
- Food during the summit

Eligibility Criteria
- Open to all nationals.
- Age between 16 – 40 years by March 1st, 2024
- Artists, policymakers, creative directors, young activists, change makers, students, and professionals from the relevant fields of modules.
- The evaluation will be based on the motivation letter and the quality of your documents.
