UNDP in collaboration with Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) would like to hire a Lead IT Developer who will support RRA as this institution is transitioning its core domestic tax systems from a monolithic architecture to a modern microservices-basedarchitecturetoimprovesystemperformance,scalability,integrationcapabilities, and maintainability. This transformation is critical to sustaining efficient tax administration and supporting digital transformation efforts.
