Role overview

You will manage the delivery of highly effective, quality, learning and development solutions suitable for all VSO People – employees and volunteers – on the Volunteering for Development Standards, including the development of tools, resources, teaching and learning materials.
Also, to support the Volunteering for Development Technical Lead in using these resources to help organizations/networks in the global south to take up the Standards.

Specifically, to support country offices to implement the global volunteering for development standard, to support country teams to position VSO as a leader on volunteering for development at a national level, and to capture VSO’s organizational knowledge about volunteering for development.
