Description
The Head of Human Resources at Access Bank Rwanda PLC will be responsible for leading the HR function in alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role involves shaping and implementing HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Develop and execute HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Manage recruitment processes, ensuring the right talent is attracted and retained.
- Oversee performance management systems to enhance employee performance and motivation.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development programs.

Description
As the Head of Information Security, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an information security strategy aligned with the bank’s objectives, ensuring that the organization’s information assets are adequately protected against cyber threats and risks.
This role entails overseeing security governance, risk management, compliance, and incident response. You will be in charge of establishing robust security policies, standards, and procedures to mitigate security risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and maintain the information security framework and governance model.
- Lead the development and execution of the bank’s information security strategy, aligning it with business goals.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage incident response, ensuring timely detection and resolution of security incidents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and GDPR.
