Job Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Design, creative art or Marketing with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in sales management, and/or product development in fast moving consumer industry would be an added advantage.

Masters’ degree in International Marketing, Marketing management, or sales management with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in sales management and/or product development in fast movement consumer industry would an added advantage.
Job Description
Under the direct supervision of Export Market Development and Innovation Division Manager, the Product Development and Innovation Specialist will perform the following duties & Responsibilities:
· Design and produce high-quality graphics, videos, and multimedia content tailored for various platforms including social media, websites, and other digital channels to showcase Rwanda’s agri-export products and value chains;
· Develop engaging promotional videos and advertising spots that highlight the uniqueness, quality, and market potential of Rwandan export products such as coffee, tea, horticulture, and emerging commodities;
· Record, edit, and package raw footage into compelling final products using professional techniques—adding visuals, effects, and sound design to enhance storytelling and consumer engagement;
· Ensure all multimedia content aligns with NAEB’s brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages on innovation, quality, and product differentiation.
· Capture high-resolution photos and videos during various events, value addition processes, product launch events, and innovation showcases to build a rich visual archive of Rwanda’s agri-export transformation;
· Maintain a well-organized digital library of visual assets to support promotional campaigns, investor engagement, and market development initiatives;
· Operate and maintain audio-visual equipment to support high-quality content production and product documentation.
· Collaborate closely with the NAEB’s Public Relations and Communication Specialist, all Divisions and Projects to develop targeted content strategies and campaigns that elevate Rwanda’s agri-export profile;
· Liaise with external production firms and media partners to co-create innovative promotional materials that meet international marketing standards.
· Researching on market needs and specifications.
· Generating and testing innovative ideas to suit market needs.
· Developing innovative mechanisms to solicit buyers’ feedback to enhance product development.
· Driving of continuous improvement and innovation of Rwanda agro-export products;
· Documenting of innovative agri-export technical specifications and requirements for cross functional education and quality control processes along the value chains.
· Prioritizing and executing agri-export innovation projects with relevant stakeholders based on customer requests, high-impact, and high value opportunities;
· Be a link between International &Regional market Development Specialists, respective divisions, producers, processors, marketing stakeholders and all regional and international end markets;
· Intelligence on new ideas to enhance agro-export value, product development, creating comprehensive portfolio of buyers’ experience and advocate for adoption of innovative initiatives on Agri-exports at respective stages of the value chains;
· Perform additional assignments that contribute to product promotion, branding, and market innovation as directed by the supervisor.
Key Competences

· Familiarity with value addition in agro-based products, machining, engineering a plus;

Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Administration and Finance, the Accountant will perform the following duties and responsibilities;
· Maintain general accounting including preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules and ledgers and account and bank reconciliations;
· Assisting with monthly closings and account analysis and supporting the Financial Reporting Specialist in carrying out monthly reporting responsibilities and management reports;
· Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable plus tax computations and returns;
· Assist in budgets and forecasts;
· Support the Human Resource and administrative Officer with payroll administration;
· Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process while preparing all necessary documentation;
· Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures;
· Keep well documented financial records and respect all accounting procedures;
· Preparation of payment orders and payment cheques;
· Data entry, regular reconciliation and reporting;
· Keeping proper books of account.
Key Competences
Adequate knowledge of basic accounting procedures and policies;
· Adequate knowledge in generating financial statements;
· Proficiency in accounting soft wares;
· Good analytical financial skills;
· Communicate effectively orally and in writing;

Job Description
Under the direct supervision of Traditional Commodities Division Manager, the Tea Value Chain Specialist will perform the following duties & Responsibilities:
· Planning, developing, executing and advising on sustainable strategies and policies of production in the Tea value chain.
· Planning for sustainable technical interventions of high value green leaves production and value addition.
· Identifying and advising on appropriate innovations, technologies and best practices for adoption in tea production;
· Conducting capacity building training, seminars, workshops and mentoring of tea producers and processors in production, and handling techniques;
· Supporting producers to adopt the Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs) in production of quality tea for export market;
· Coordinating with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure provision of appropriate land for expansion, gap filling, extension, finance and information services for high value tea exports;
· Facilitating linkages of tea actors to the input’s services providers.
· Creating and facilitating linkages with local authorities and other relevant institutions to support the increase of tea production for export.
· Be a link between tea producers and processors and divisions, RAB, FERWACOTHE, RALIS and inputs service providers

· Identifying and advising on appropriate knowledge transfers on flowers production technologies and practices for adoption;
· Conducting capacity building training, seminars, workshops and mentoring of flowers farmers in new production and handling techniques;
· Supporting producers adopt the Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs) in production of flowers for export market;
· Coordinating with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure provision of appropriate extension services suitable for export production;
· Linking the flowers producers to the agro-inputs services providers.
· Creating and facilitating linkages with local authorities and other relevant institutions to support the increase of flowers production for export.
· Be a link between flowers producers and divisions, private players, extension services, inputs service providers.
· Identifying and advising on appropriate knowledge transfers on flowers production technologies and practices for adoption;
· Plan sustainable flowers production for export, managing risks related production and post-harvest handling.
