Provision of Cortex XDR license at Bank of Kigali (Deadline: 28 November, 2025)

Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to invite bids from local, regional and international suppliers for the provision of Cortex XDR license; the Bank acquired a Security software for endpoint protection and incident response called “Cortex XDR by paloalto” with the aim of ensuring the security of the Bank of Kigali Information Technology infrastructure.

Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw from 17^th/11/2025 to receive the details of the license requirements and guidelines of the submission. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than 28^th November 2025 at 3:30PM on an ERP Portal that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf for local companies and USD for foreign companies, and payment terms. Provide a Cortex XDR partnership certificate, Manufacturer’s Authorization Certificate, company profile, Company Registration certificate, tax clearance certificate, provide at least three (3) references certificates, the warranty and delivery period, Audited financial statements for the last 3 years. and any other relevant information.
