GUARANTEE CONSULTANCY COMPANY Ltd is a professional accounting and tax advisory firm established on 24th December 2018. We provide a wide range of accounting and tax consultancy services to individuals, companies, and organizations operating in Rwanda.
Job profile
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team. The candidate must have hands-on experience in tax-related services, accounting systems, and general financial management.
Job Description:
The Accountant will be responsible for managing accounting records, preparing tax declarations, offering advisory on tax matters, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have proven experience in tax-related work
- Able to prepare and declare taxes for various types of taxpayers
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks
- Skilled in record keeping and performing account reconciliations
- Responsible and able to follow up on all tax obligations of clients in a timely and professional manner
- Computer literate and able to use software effectively to fulfill assigned duties
- Ready to start work immediately upon confirmation
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in similar roles
- Must have solid knowledge in accounting with formal accounting qualifications
Language:Fluency in both English and Kinyarwanda is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. A working knowledge of French is also essential. Additionally, must be able to draft clear and concise reports and correspondence in both English and Kinyarwanda.
