Job Summary
The Chinese Translator will be responsible for providing accurate translation and interpretation between Chinese and English (and/or Kinyarwanda where necessary). The role involves supporting communication with Chinese partners, translating business documents, assisting in negotiations, and ensuring smooth cultural and language exchange within the company.
Key Responsibilities

Translate written documents, contracts, and reports from Chinese to English/Kinyarwanda and vice versa.

Provide verbal interpretation during meetings, conferences, and factory operations.

Assist in communication with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Ensure translated materials maintain the original meaning, tone, and context.

Support the management team in drafting business correspondence in Chinese.

Facilitate smooth cultural understanding between local staff and Chinese partners.

Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive company information.
