Qatar charity (INGO) is seeking qualified and motivated candidates to join its team in Rwanda. We are committed to advancing social welfare, economic empowerment, and community development. Applications are invited for the following positions:

Finance Manager

Job Code: QCRW0001/2025

with the following basic requirements:

1. The applicant must have a university degree in accounting.

2. Preference will be given to those with professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.

3. Previous experience working with international non-governmental organizations (INGOs).

4. Practical experience with ERP systems, with knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MCD365) preferred.

5. At least 10 years of practical experience in the accounting department.

6. Fluency in Arabic is preferred.

7. Compliance with the laws of the country.
