The Embassy of the United States of America in Kigali is recruiting for Housing Clerk. The positions are open to All Interested Candidates/All Sources and available to start immediately.
Duties: The Housing Clerk serves as the Housing subject matter expert and advisor on repairs and maintenance issues in all government-provided housing. Serves as the interlocutor with landlords, contractors, embassy technicians, and tenants to make sure that work is completed on time and in accordance with embassy residential standards. Routes and tracks customer service requests in myServices, maintains RPA database and residential issue databases.
