You are a result-oriented person, you have been highly productive, and this can be evidenced by verifiable achievements in previous endeavors in any area of your life. In your past, you have demonstrated capacity to quickly learn and apply learned materials to solve issues in a challenging environment. You have experience in leading multi-cultural personalities, either at workplace or in any other setup.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and ensuring the wellbeing and productivity of our team. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the leadership team.

This role requires you to develop and/or review human resources policies and get them applied by a diverse category of people, from law-educated technicians to savvy engineers and executive gurus. You will manage the human capital development processes to ensure that “every staff is engaged, motivated and productive while complying with internal and external requirements.”

We are more interested in your willingness and ability to get results, than your years of experience. We want a person with a strong desire to learn and apply what they learn. However, a knowledge of basics in managing human resources, understanding of Rwandan labor and tax laws are key requirements for the success of this post.

You will have to produce and present numerical and wordy documents, so your redaction capacity must be good, as well as your capability to utilize tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Since you will organize and lead online sessions, you need to demonstrate a certain level in using cloud technologies, such as office 365 or Google workspace, or any other similar tools.
