Salary Range: 350,000 – 400,000 RWF (Gross)
Age Requirement: 28 – 35 years

Job Summary

Huming International Factory Ltd is seeking a dedicated and professional Human Resources Officer to manage and support all HR functions within a Chinese-managed manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, disciplined, and experienced in working with Chinese companies or multicultural teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records

  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, HR policies, and internal regulations

  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave management, and disciplinary processes

  • Ensure compliance with Rwanda labor laws and company policies

  • Act as a bridge between management (Chinese leadership) and employees

  • Manage employee performance evaluations and probation follow-ups

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace discipline professionally

  • Support factory administration and management reporting

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional HR experience

  • Previous experience working in Chinese companies is highly preferred

  • Strong understanding of Rwanda labor law and HR best practices

  • Have calculated a payroll of over 100 employees

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality

  • Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and dedication to work

Language & Skills

  • Good command of English (Chinese language is an added advantage)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, HR systems)
