Job Summary
Huming International Factory Ltd is seeking a dedicated and professional Human Resources Officer to manage and support all HR functions within a Chinese-managed manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, disciplined, and experienced in working with Chinese companies or multicultural teams.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records

Prepare and manage employment contracts, HR policies, and internal regulations

Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave management, and disciplinary processes

Ensure compliance with Rwanda labor laws and company policies
-
Act as a bridge between management (Chinese leadership) and employees
-
Manage employee performance evaluations and probation follow-ups
-
Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace discipline professionally

Support factory administration and management reporting
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of professional HR experience

Previous experience working in Chinese companies is highly preferred

Strong understanding of Rwanda labor law and HR best practices

Have calculated a payroll of over 100 employees
-
Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills

Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality

Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and dedication to work
Language & Skills

Good command of English (Chinese language is an added advantage)

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, HR systems)
