
ICT Customer Support at Mount Kigali University: (Deadline 25 August 2025)
Mount Kigali University invites applicants for the following academic and non-academic roles to join our diverse team in the following fields. The ideal candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
ICT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the first point of contact for ICT-related queries from students and staff.
· Provide timely support for LMS, email services, student information systems, and classroom technology.
· Maintain ICT equipment and support users in account setup and password management.
· Assist in system upgrades and ensure ICT security.
Qualifications:
· Strong understanding of English, French, and Kinyarwanda is highly recommended.
· Proven experience in customer support and ICT systems.
· Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.
