Job description

1. Conduct certification audit for management systems
– Certification Application Review
– To register client’s applications in the application register
– Audit time calculation
– Preparation of clients’ audit programmes and ensure all information is filled as per audit cycle
– Audit planning
– Conducting of audits and follow up of non-conformities if any
– Writing of audit reports and submission of client’s file for certification decision
– Prepare client’s certification documents and ensure all information is filled as per audit cycle
– Update the Directory of certified clients
– Prepare and update IMS clients register
– Prepare the letter Communicating to clients, the decision of the certification decision committee

2. Conducting surveillance audit
– Planning of audits
– Conducting of audits and follow up of non-conformities if any
– Reporting on continual compliance and give opinion on maintenance of certification

3. Complaint handling on service and certified client
– Receiving of complaint
– Processing of complaints
– Follow up complaint and effectively close the complaint
– Giving feedback to clients
4. Participate in system development, maintenance and improvement
– Writing up of any documentation that may be required
– Carry out all activities as per available policies, manuals, procedures, etc.
– Report any inadequacies and make proposal for improvement of the system
– Participate in internal audits and external assessments
– Conduct root cause, extent analysis and suggest corrections and corrective actions on raised internal/or external non-conformities
– Follow up clients audit cycle, prepare reminder letters and send them to clients

5. Training, and participation in technical committees
– Preparation of the training
– Conducting training
– Assessment of trainees
– Compilation of training report
– Participation in the assigned technical committee
– Reporting of activities done in technical committee

7. Reporting
– Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and submit them to the supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Communication & Technology

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic and Telecommunication

    0 Year of relevant experience
