Job Description
“1. Supervising and performing technical reviews;
2. Quality planning, development of criteria for evaluation services;
3. Ensure the maintenance and revision of data related to QA & Accreditation;
4. Monitoring and supporting Quality Improvement activities
5. Co
– coordinating all Quality Assurance and Accreditation activities;
6. Identifying Quality Assurance activities to mitigate projects risks;
7. Progressing Quality Assurance surveillance plan and agree to change;
8. Making recommendations regarding the project’s documented QA strategy;
9. Establishing a communication strategy for QA issues;
10. Updating members on projects issues;
11. Reviewing and evaluating all corrective actions
12. Maintaining records of proceedings and actions
13. Submit monthly, quarterly and annually report to the supervisor
14. Perform other related duties as required
