Job Description
A0 in computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, Information Management System, Electronics, Software Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, with 3 years of working experience;
Knowledge in A+, N+, Security+, CCNA, CCNA Security, MCITP, CCNP, CCSP is an advantage;
Or Master’s Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, Information Management, Electronics, Software Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering,
Knowledge in A+, N+, Security+, CCNA, CCNA Security, MCITP, CCNP, CCSP is an advantage
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
• Knowledge of Strategies of National ICT Policy;
• Deep Understanding of information technology and telecommunications;
• Knowledge to research and analyze technology problems, issues, and program requirements.
• Knowledge of computer hardware/software technologies.
• Interpersonal Skills;
• Communication skills
• Negotiation Skills;
• Problem
– solving skills;
• Analytical skills;
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage
