Director, Human Resources

 

Mission

 

Define and implement Rwandamotor’s human resources policy, in close collaboration with the General Management, other services, and projects.

 

Activities

 

Day-to-day management of human resources (recruitment, compensation, career management, etc.)
Guarantee the respect of the provisions of the Internal Regulations (working hours, disciplinary regime, care, etc.)
Calculation and management of payroll and other benefits
Periodic tax and social statements
Regulatory watch of tax and social legislation

 

Skills

 

In-depth knowledge of labor law as well as social and tax legislation
Mastery of office tools
Staff Relations Management Capabilities
Mastery of recruitment techniques
Strong writing skills in French, English, and Kinyarwanda

 

Experience

 

5 years in a position of responsibility within a human resources management department

Définir et mettre en œuvre la politique des ressources humaines de Rwandamotor, en étroite collaboration avec la Direction Générale, les autres services et projets.

 

 

Activités

 

Gestion au quotidien des ressources humaines (recrutement, rémunérations, gestion des carrières, etc.)
Garantir le respect des dispositions du règlement d’ordre intérieur (horaires, régime disciplinaire, soins, etc.)
Calcul et gestion de la paie et autres avantages
Déclarations sociales et fiscales périodiques
Veille réglementaire de la législation fiscale et sociale

 

Compétences

 

Connaissances approfondies en droit du travail ainsi qu’en législation sociale et fiscale
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques
Capacités en matière de gestion des relations avec le personnel
Maîtrise des techniques de recrutement
Fortes aptitudes rédactionnelles tant en français, anglais que kinyarwanda

 

Expérience

 

5 ans dans une position de responsabilité au sein d’un service de gestion des ressources humaines
