Superb Novas Technology Limited is an IT and Marketing, Company founded in 2023 by private investors and a management team with a wealth of experience in building and managing industry-leading companies in emerging markets, and with an international background in technology. The company was incorporated with the core business objective of offering  IT and marketing services to Rwandans such as Computer programming activities, Software publishing, Wired telecommunications activities, Wireless telecommunications activities, Other telecommunications activities, Computer consultancy, and computer facilities management activities, Other information technology and computer service activities, Data processing, hosting and related activities and Other information service activities

+Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate KPI level & cost-effective way
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Find ways to increase quality of online operations service.
  • Manage the operation support system and lead the team to deliver excellent support for the clients.
  • Promote and build effective operation system and collaborative teamwork environment.
  • Ensure operational targets and client satisfaction are met at all times. Monitor, resolve and escalate all outstanding items daily in accordance to Service Level Agreement. Provide regular operational status update to the management.
  • Responsible for team management include but not limit to recruitment, resource scheduling, training, and performance targets and KPIs.
  • Provide team member with weekly and monthly performance report. Conduct regular management meetings and performance discussions as required.
  • Track and lead continuous improvement by identifying, documenting, reviewing and updating operation procedures.
  • Any other management duties as directed.

Requirements and Skills:

Three or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in operations management is an added value.

  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role, 24×7 Operation Centre experience is a high advantage.
  • Can-Do & hands-on attitude is a MUST
  • Results driven with the outstanding ability to handle difficult situations successfully.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and online operations management
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with operations business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Leadership ability, outstanding organisational skills
  • Degree in IT Business, Operations Management, or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience of leading an online customer service team.
  • Skills of hands-on handling and troubleshooting for a wide variety of support matters.
  • Enthusiastic people leader with demonstrated experience in a team environment to support, coach and develop team members.
  • Experience in developing, documenting processes and work instructions.
  • High awareness to detail and excellent problem solving.
