Photoshop Specialists – Quality Check AT SCHNELLMEDIA RWANDA LTD (m/f/d)

Here in Rwanda, we have a lot of plans. A strong team needs strong personalities; therefore, we are looking for Photoshop Specialists (m/f/d) for our location in Kigali, Rwanda. If you’re a punctual, honest, ambitious, reliable, enthusiastic character with excellent communication skills, you perfectly match our team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on edited images, ensuring they meet the company’s quality standards and client requirements.
- Identify and rectify any issues or discrepancies in the editing process.
Workflow Management:
- Assign images and tasks to the respective teams in the Production Department, ensuring efficient allocation and timely delivery.
- Create and maintain an organized workflow system for tracking progress.
Image Retrieval and Preparation:
- Download images from the company’s platform.
- Prepare images by ensuring they meet the required specifications and guidelines for editing.
Image Upload and Management:
- Upload the edited images back to the company’s platform, ensuring proper categorization and organization.
- Maintain an organized archive of completed projects for reference.
Training and Development:
- Provide training and guidance to the Production Department teams on best practices for image editing.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Client-Specific Workflow Development:
- Work closely with the Production Department and management to create comprehensive workflows tailored to the needs of individual clients.
- Document and update client-specific workflows for reference and training purposes
JOB CONDITIONS
- 40-hour week
- Able to work on Saturdays
- Able to work on public holidays if necessary
- Able to work in early and late shifts. 6:30 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 9:30 PM
- 3-month probational period with an open-ended contract after completion
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Experienced in handling a computer and standard software
- Expert skills in Adobe Photoshop, specifically retouching and colour correction
- Quick and self-organized in learning new skills
- Good attitude, communication, and ability to work in a team
- Basic English communication is required
- Able to work independently and on time
