Tender for the Provision of RUGC Stationery Materials
Dear Madam/Sir,
Rwanda Ultimate Golf Course Ltd (RUGC Ltd) is looking for a supplier to provide stationery materials for the year of 2022-2023. RUGC is pleased to invite all eligible bidders to participate in bidding process for the supply of stationery materials, (See attached).
Interested bidders are kindly requested to submit their quotation together with the following valid documents:
- RDB Registration
- Valid Tax Clearance (RRA & RSSB)
- VAT Certificate
- At least three (3) Good Completion Certificates.
All documents together with the quotations should be submitted in a sealed envelope at RUGC Office, with the name of the bidder & content of the bid, not later than 30th March 2022.
