SHABA Ventures and Tours is a trusted travel and education consultancy dedicated to helping students unlock global opportunities. Through our Global Education Services and international university partnerships, we guide students step by step in pursuing international education—covering admissions, applications, visas, and settlement support when needed.

Position Overview 

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Musanze team and focus on promoting and selling our Global Education Services. The ideal candidate must already be based in Musanze for at least 3 years and have strong knowledge of the local market. While the position is open to all, female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Promote SHABA’s Global Education Services in Musanze.
  • Identify, engage, and support prospective students throughout the application journey. • Build and maintain strong community and client relationships.
  • Organize and attend school visits, outreach activities, and promotional events. • Provide accurate information on international programs, requirements, and deadlines. • Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-up. • Keep detailed records of client interactions, applications, and sales progress. • Represent SHABA Ventures and Tours with professionalism and integrity.

Required Qualifications & Experience 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales position.
  • Must currently live in Musanze or have been a resident for 3+ years. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the education or consultancy sector is an added advantage. • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. • Basic IT literacy (MS Office, social media marketing).
