Position: Senior Business Banker (2)
Location 1: Gisozi Branch, Kigali (new)
Location 2: Remera Branch
Deadline: June 27th, 2024, 12:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach and Acquisition.
- Loan Application Processing.
- Conducting thorough background checks and creditworthiness assessments of potential borrowers.
- Analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to assess the risk of lending.
- Client Relationship Management.
- Loan Monitoring.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and ensure compliance with credit and operational risk regulations.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Management, Finance, or Banking.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a business banker, loan officer or SME relationship officer roles within financial institutions.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Proficiency in numerical analysis.
- Attention to details.
