Job Requirements
Education
- First degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant disciplines.
- Possession of post graduate degree (MBA/ Masters in relevant discipline) will be advantageous.
- Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of Kinyarwanda will be advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years working experience with at least 3 years in managerial role in relevant sector/ industry.
- Proven experience in proposition development, customer management, marketing management, market research, sales, and channel management in telecom or FMCG.
- Proven experience in Design Thinking / Customer-centred Design.
