- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any field related to customer care and management.
- Strong communication, analytical and management skills.
- Competent in Kinyarwanda and English. French will be an added value.

Position overview

Responsibilities:
- Document and tracking how F and Y Ltd products go in and out of the Shop
- Ensuring that customers are well received and provided with excellent service
- Maintaining and growing clientele at the shop
- Being aware that all F and Y Ltd assets in the Shop are held harmless
- Ensuring that all clients information at the shop are kept accurate
- Communicating with clients whenever necessary
- Ensuring the organizational and cleanliness at the shop
- Communicate with other department looking for new innovations
- Reporting and provide all necessary information to the supervisory personnel.
