Supervisor Community Health Worker at Muhanga District (MUHANGA): (Deadline 16 January 2026)

Under the supervision of the hospital Director General, the Community Health Workers Supervisor will be responsible of the following tasks: • Guide and support district in the implementation of the community health policy; • Prepare and coordinate, in collaboration with the district, the training of community health workers; • Support the district in planning the integrated community health training plan; • Organize and plan training for trainers of community health workers; • Supervise the training of community health workers at health center level • Support the district in supportive supervision at all decentralized levels, that is to say at the health center and community; • Organize periodic community health orientation meetings of district authorities and partners in collaboration with the district hospital and health unit; • Monitor community health worker and community medicine management tools at the district pharmacy level; • Support the coordination of the implementation of the community PBF; • Ensure promptness in the transmission of quarterly and annual reports from community health worker cooperatives in collaboration with the Health Center and at all levels; • Be able to analyze data from the community health information system (SIS COM) and provide feedback at all levels, including the community; • Support district community partners in planning community health activities; • Participate in capacity building of community health worker cooperatives in collaboration with the district cooperative officer; • Oversee the management of malaria in community • Ensure epidemiological surveillance and what is related to HIV • To perform other related duties as required by his/her supervisor
