Subject: Supply Stationary, Sanitary materials, Essentials Drugs, Medical Supplies, Laboratory Reagents & Other various items
Africa Humanitarian Action (AHA) is inviting eligible and qualified bidders to participate in bidding process to submit Expression of Interest for the following services:-
- Supply different stationary materials for the period 1 January – December 2024;
- Supply different sanitary materials for the period 1 January – December 2024;
- Retail Pharmacy to supply Essential Drugs, Medical Supplies & Laboratory Reagent for the period 1 January-December 2024;
- Supply various items, (Bed Cover, Bed Sheet, Bodaboda, Boot, Food Flask, Igitenge, Rain Coat, Towel, Umbrella,…)
Interested bidders are kindly requested to submit Expression of Interest with the following documents:
- RDB Registration Document
- VAT Registration Certificate
- RSSB Clearance Certificate
- RRA Clearance Certificate
- Licence from RFDA, (Pharmacy)
