emailing: richprocurement@rwandainterfaith.org , and attaching proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 RWF). Please mention on the deposit slip as follows: “SUPPLY OF OFFICE STATIONARIES”
