REQUEST FOR QUOTATION CFS REHABILITATION WORKS
Dear Sir/Madam,
Save the Children invites your submission of an RFQ to provide goods/services in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents(ToR). Save the Children intends to hire a Company for Child-Friendly Spaces Rehabilitation works at Mahama Refugee Camp.
Please include copies of the following documents:
- Part I: Submit financial proposal based on the deliverables provided
- Part 2: RDB Business Registration certificate.
- Part 3: VAT Registration certificate.
- Part 4: Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Part 5: Valid Certificate of Clearance from RSSB
- Part 6: Proof of using Electronic Billing Machine(EBM) invoice
- Part 7:Three service good completions as reference for similar activities performed well
Note: Your price should be inclusive of Value added Taxes (VAT)
Your RFQ response must be received in the following format:
- Full completion of the “RFQ” document. RFQs returned not completed may be treated as void.
- Bids documents to be submitted at the below email address: Rwanda.Bid@savethechildren.org addressed to the Country Director.
- The site visit at Mahama refugee camp/Kirehe will be held from on Monday 8th February 2021 with contact person Tuganimana Ephrem available on 0782458990
- The email subject should indicate the RFQ reference number: SCI/RWA/RFQ/2021/01/001 but have no other details relating to the bid.
- Your return RFQ must be received at the email address above not later than 5 PM on February 19th,2021. Failure to meet the Closing Date may result in the RFQ being void.
Returned bids must remain open for consideration for a period of not less than 60 days from the Closing Date. Save the Children is under no obligation to award the contract or to award it to the lowest bidder.
