The submission of bids will be done through WVR e-procurement system. Anyone interested in bidding must submit the request of the tender document starting from 20/07/2020, accompanied by a scanned of a prepaid Bank slip or money transfer record of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf) to the account #0010083813839701 labeled “WORLD VISION RWANDA” opened at “ECOBANK”; to the following e-mails: jean_shyirambere@wvi.org and vincent_gashongore@wvi.org.
The deadline to request for a tender document is 30/07/2020 at 10:30 am. An e-mail will be sent to the bidders to access the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa) and submit their bids latest on 10/08/2020 at 10:30 am. The opening will be done electronically and bidders will be communicated with the opening results after.
