Purpose
Principal Professional in charge of application Business analysis and documentation will be responsible for documenting our current systems in a presentable way and working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements for future development projects, will be also responsible for ensuring that our IT solutions meet the needs of the business and are aligned with our overall strategy.
Key duties and responsibilities
Document our current systems in a standard way, including creating diagrams and flowcharts to help stakeholders understand how they work
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements for future development projects
Translate business requirements into technical requirements for IT-based projects and solutions.
Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions
Collaborate with developers to ensure that IT solutions meet the needs of the business and are aligned with our overall strategy
Provide guidance and support to project teams during the development process
Follow up User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements.
Document complex systems in a clear and concise manner
Write the user stories and perform quality assurance testing on stories.
Design user interfaces built via design thinking.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering specialized in Information Technology

Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Electronics and Telecommunication specialized in Information Technology

Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Honours in Computer Science
